Portal allegations against Deputy Minister of Health 1 breaching MCO is false.

Kuala Lumpur, 14 Jan- Two portals, namely MalaysiaPost.Com.my and Malaysiakini have uploaded untrue articles related to YB Deputy Minister of Health 1.

MalaysiaPost with an article entitled “Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan Langgar PKP lagi?” on 13 January 2021.

Malaysiakini with an article entitled “Timbalan menteri kesihatan padam gambar lepas disyaki ingkar SOP” at 10.42 pm, 13 January 2021.

Both articles from the portal claimed that YB Deputy Minister of Health 1 received a visit from a group of individuals in his office and claimed to have violated the PKP which was implemented on 13 January 2021, which is yesterday.

The writings and allegations made by the two portals are not true at all. The picture of the visit was on 12 January 2021, the day before the implementation of the Movement Control Order, PKP was held.

Therefore, the Office of the YB Deputy Minister of Health 1 requests that the portal involved withdraw the allegations, and untrue information published in the portal immediately.

Such untrue allegations can give the public a bad perception of YB Deputy Minister 1 and also the Ministry of Health Malaysia.-BERNAMA
