KUALA LUMPUR: Plus Malaysia Berhad (Plus) anticipates a surge in traffic on highways due to the relaxing of restrictions during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) which allows interstate travel from June 10.

“The new normal is now developing in Malaysia and the country is no longer the same since the Covid-19 pandemic.

“It will require more time for Malaysians to get used to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for health, including social distancing,” the statement read,” the statement read.

To assist motorists, Plus introduced Plus Texting Realtime Interface (Putri), to respond to queries with regards to highway travel.

To give customers an insight on how to engage with Putri from the free Plus app, a short video will be shown on how to connect with Putri.

Through the customer engagement chatbot, highway users can access multiple data about its services simultaneously. This includes toll rates, latest traffic updates and other promotions.

Customers can interact with Putri on the Plus website www.plus.com.my, the PlusMiles portal www.plusmiles.com.my and through the Plus mobile app.
