PETALING JAYA: Istana Negara has yet to set a time for PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s audience with Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.

PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil said he had yet to receive any instructions or information regarding the timing of the audience.
Fahmi said he had also yet to get any instruction if a press conference would be held later Tuesday (Oct 13).

“I will provide all official information as soon as possible, when or if I receive instructions on the matter.
“I apologise for this, as it is a rather unique and sensitive situation,” he said.
Anwar is supposed to have an audience with the King Tuesday to show that he has the majority support from MPs to wrest control of Putrajaya. -The Star
