PETALING JAYA: For over a year, an 18-year-old girl in Tanjung Minyak, Melaka has allegedly been the victim of repeated sexual assault by her own father and three brothers.

Yesterday, all four were arrested by the police.
According to a Berita Harian report, the girl’s nightmare began in February last year. Her brothers would take turns to rape and molest her at home.
“The victim is also said to have been given drinks mixed with substances believed to be drugs before being raped, while both her hands and feet were tied to the corner of the bed, and her mouth covered with tape,” said Mohd Sukri Kaman, head of the Melaka Criminal Investigation Department.

“At night, the victim claimed she was raped by her father, and would be beaten if she resisted,” he said.
The four suspects as well the victim’s sister-in-law, all aged between 23 and 48, were arrested yesterday.
Urine tests performed found three of suspects to be positive for drugs, believed to be methamphetamine.
All those detained have been remanded for seven days to aid in the investigation under Section 376B and Section 377C of the Penal Code, pertaining to incest and “committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature without consent” respectively.- FMT
