PETALING JAYA: MySejahtera users have been encouraged to update and get the latest version of the app which has several new features.
This includes a “Covid-19 Self Test” feature that allows users to include the results of self-test kits and a “Screening Facility”, which helps users locate the nearest centre.
There is also an “SOS” button that will allow users to speed-dial the “999” emergency services.
“Please update your app to the latest version.
“Close and reopen the app after update and you will be able to experience the latest features,” a MySejahtera tweet read.
However, some users who updated the app have experienced issues, including being informed that their identity was “invalid” after completing a questionnaire.
One user said he had to “force quit” the app and reopen it to resolve the matter, while another suggested restarting one’s phone.-FMT
