Kuala Lumpur, 11 Feb 2019 (The Capital Post) – After two years of resignation as Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) chief executive officer , Datuk Vignaesvaran Jeyandran now can breath a sigh of relief after MACC cleared his name from all allegations.
In a letter dated 5th Feb 2020, the Deputy Commissioner of Operation , Ahmad Nizam bin Ismail stated that investigation case which was initiated after chief executive officer (CEO) of skills training centre SG Education Group submitted report to MACC somewhere in 2018 is now classified as ‘No Futher Action’ (NFA).
When contacted , Datuk Vignaesvaran confirmed the news and expressed his gratitude and thanks to MACC for conducting the investigation without any bias and prejudice .
” I am very happy to get this news as the truth prevails. I would like to thank MACC for being transparent ,tactful and thorough throughout the investigation.” he said.
When asked whether he will proceed with any legal action , Vignaesvaran said he will decide in due time (The Capital Post)
