It was claimed online recently that a fake Tabung Haji website was operational. Is there any truth to this?

Tabung Haji issued a warning about this in a post on their official Facebook account, saying that the website www.thijari.ticketmysearch.com is fraudulent and is not managed by them.

In the post, Tabung Haji advised its depositors not to fall for the tactics of the various scammers and only visit the authentic website address.

“THiJARI can be accessed at https://www.thijari.com.my. If you feel that something is suspicious, do not proceed. Depositors are advised to always be vigilant and beware of suspicious links,” it said.

The THiJARI website serves as an online platform for depositors to handle various matters, including checking their accounts, printing statements, making money transfers, and accessing haj services.
