PETALING JAYA: The health ministry reported 25,099 Covid-19 cases yesterday.

Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said 100 of the new cases, or 0.4%, were in Categories 3, 4 or 5 at the time of diagnosis. The total number of infections now stands at 3,246,779.
In a statement, Noor Hisham also said there were 1,510 new hospital admissions.

He said 17,749 patients had recovered, bringing the total number of recoveries to 2,955,404.
There were also four clusters reported yesterday.-FMT
