KUALA LUMPUR: Emergency and left lanes between Bidor and Tapah, Perak at Km330.05 and Km328.95 (northbound) of the North-South Expressway (Plus) will be temporarily closed to all vehicles for five days from 9am on Jan 18 to 12.30pm, Jan 22.
Plus Malaysia Berhad, in a statement today, said the closure is to allow for pavement maintenance work to be carried out smoothly.
However, the right lane of the affected stretch remains passable for all vehicles.
“As such, all highway customers heading north are strongly advised to plan their journey using the Plus App and check the traffic conditions via CCTV feeds, while minding traffic signage and adhering to instructions by Plus personnel when passing through the affected stretch.
“Additionally, motorists can get the latest traffic information by contacting PLUSLine at 1800-88-0000.
“PLUS fully appreciates the cooperation of all highway customers throughout this maintenance period,” Plus said.
It added that in the spirit of #KitaJagaKita, support from highway customers in ensuring that traffic flow is as smooth as possible will contribute to a positive journey for all. – BERNAMA
