PETALING JAYA: The health ministry has reported 3,381 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, down from the 3,543 cases reported yesterday.

In a statement, health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the total number of infections now stands at 2,780,080.

Selangor recorded the highest number of cases with 879 cases.
This was followed by Kelantan (385), Johor (299), Kuala Lumpur (271), Sabah (242), Pahang (226), Penang (219), Kedah (216), Negeri Sembilan (172), Perak (161), Melaka (141), Terengganu (94), Putrajaya (30), Sarawak (18), Labuan (14) and Putrajaya (14).-FMT
